India greeted the 25th National Championship Champion 2020 in a number of ways. Citizens from all over the country expressed their dissatisfaction with the government. The adventure sports group was also included in the celebrations, with Ice-Climbing Fests and Indian Sport Climbing Championships set to begin in 2020.
The Olympic Games will be held in 2020. For others, the debut of 'Sport-Climbing' adds to the excitement. Climbing's inclusion in India has resulted in the otherwise marginal sport receiving official recognition. 
25th Indian National Climbing Championship

The government and the Indian Mountaineering Foundation (IMF) have begun working together on a number of projects aimed at raising awareness about the sport. Last year, the IMF helped the Government of Odisha construct a High-Performance Center for Sport Climbing at Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar, in collaboration with the Department of Sports and Youth Services.

Climbing is governed by a set of uniform rules developed by the International Federation of Sports Climbing (IFSC). The Kalinga Stadium is India's premier venue, adhering to the IFSC's rules and regulations. To commemorate the silver jubilee of competition climbing in India, the annual sport climbing championship was agreed to be held in the facility.

The National Sport Climbing Committee prepares, coordinates, and conducts sport climbing practices and events through numerous zonal committees due to the country's sheer scale. A list of different zones and related regions is attached. 
25th Indian National Climbing Championship

Climbers from all over the country compete in each zone's competitions. The national championships are then held, and 26 competitors are chosen to compete. The rules have been slightly altered since 2018, and we currently organize two annual climbing championship competitions with three different climbing disciplines.
